WOW!! Sarah truly has a gift when it comes to teaching the LSAT. I first started with TestMasters group tutoring and a diagnostic score of 146. After three months with them, I was barely seeing a 5-point improvement. If you are looking to start studying for the LSAT, I would recommend one-on-one tutoring with Sarah. She takes her time getting to know her students and their learning patterns. She is always available to walk you through a difficult problem even after your session. She caters classes to your needs and what you feel you are struggling with. Not to mention she is super personable and funny!

Just wanted to take the time to say how much of a help Sarah was! My diagnostic score at the beginning of my LSAT journey was a 155 and I finished with a 172. Sarah really helped me unlearn quick-fix habits I had adopted and taught me how to change my thought process when approaching problems. The shift in perspective she left me with allowed me to increase my accuracy and eventually my time. Prior to this experience, I had taken a Princeton Review prep course, which felt generic and surface-level. Beyond the logistics, Sarah was a constant resource and offered support when I was feeling unsure or demotivated—this might sound small, but it makes all the difference on a test like the LSAT, where consistency is key. I would recommend Sarah if you are looking for someone honest about your abilities who can tailor a unique study strategy to your goals and where you are already at. Thank you, Sarah!

Final score: 171
Sarah made studying for the LSAT simple and effective. She built a structured plan tailored to my personal needs, strengths, and weaknesses, while also accounting for the format of the test. Even with a short, busy study period of about seven weeks, Sarah helped me improve my score to a 171. She ensured I stayed on track while balancing life, work, and everything else. She worked around my schedule and encouraged me consistently. Sarah has a real talent for breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable lessons. She integrated lessons and practice seamlessly, not only testing my understanding but also showing me why the correct answers were better than the alternatives. As the test date approached, Sarah guided me on what to prioritize within my limited time. She emphasized building stamina through full-length practice tests, which made test day feel manageable and even comfortable. Her deep knowledge of the LSAT and the LSAC system turned what started as an overwhelming process into an organized, effective, and ultimately successful one.

HummingBird LSAT Prep was invaluable in my LSAT journey. I started with a 144 diagnostic and honestly didn’t think I’d ever break into the 160s. With Sarah’s tutoring, I was able to master the fundamentals of each question type and learn how to break arguments down to their core. Her clear explanations and structured approach completely changed the way I tackled the test. Thanks to Sarah, I scored a 166 on the August LSAT. I can’t recommend HummingBird enough to anyone serious about reaching their full potential.

Two years ago, I took the LSAT and, despite an entire year of studying, scored a 145. I was absolutely discouraged and honestly thought law school was no longer an option for me. I took a year off and decided to give it one final shot. That’s when I met Sarah. Sarah has been hands down the best tutor I’ve ever worked with. Every session was meticulously tailored to address my specific struggles, focusing on the nuanced aspects of the LSAT—whether it was Necessary Assumption, Sufficient Assumption, or Flaw questions. She went deep into the methodology and broke down each question type in a way that was easy for me to understand. She also taught me how to study effectively, properly blind review, and critically analyze my mistakes to avoid repeating them. Sarah’s teaching went beyond content; she helped me build confidence and offered invaluable coping mechanisms for managing test-day nerves. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, she was there to talk me through it with patience and reassurance. Sarah’s depth of knowledge is unparalleled. The result? I scored a 164—a 19-point jump in just five to six months of focused study. Without her, I would have given up on law school. Her expertise, unwavering support, and ability to genuinely understand my challenges made all the difference. If you’re serious about improving your LSAT score, Sarah is the tutor you need. Forever grateful to you, Sarah!

My LSAT score went from the 140s to a 169 after receiving lessons from Sarah. As a student with ADHD, I have always struggled with learning and preparing for exams. However, Sarah was ready to accommodate my needs and curated a detailed lesson plan that suited my learning style and significantly enhanced my logical skills. Her instructions were always clear and easy to understand, and I came out of every tutorial with a better understanding of the material. Most importantly, Sarah was extremely patient and encouraging. I struggled with self-esteem issues as a result of my ADHD, but she never stopped believing in me and helped me develop a calm mindset through step-by-step instructions. My performance on the LSAT is beyond my expectations, and I could not have done it without Sarah’s guidance.

Sarah is an incredible tutor, and I would highly recommend her. I used to feel only 70% sure when selecting answer choices on practice LSATs or official tests. I had plateaued for a few months and felt frustrated. After tutoring with Sarah, the answers stood out much more clearly, and feeling 100% confident with many of my answers for the first time was incredibly satisfying. I noticed my critical-thinking skills improve as I developed a less formulaic approach to questions. Sarah was incredibly patient and worked diligently through my weaknesses; I felt I was truly learning something new in every session. I appreciated her honesty, ability to identify my thought process, and how thoughtful and caring she was. I actually had fun during the lessons! She also gave great studying tips and valuable advice for every LSAT section. I was accepted to my number-one law school choice, the University of Western Ontario, and I can’t thank Sarah enough for her guidance along the way.
